The group has invested around £2 million in the Bristol-based club and is keen to implement similar range renovations at the 3 Hammers, whilst ensuring that the club’s day-to-day running remains unchanged.

James Rogers, Co-Owner of Golf and Leisure Group said: “Our new ball delivery system, automated Tee-Ups and Multiplayer game offerings are pretty unique and add a completely different dimension to the customer experience. We want to bring innovative ideas like this to the 3 Hammers. Creating new, exciting ways for people to engage with golf and with each other is something we benefit from.”

The 3 Hammers has established an impressive reputation and is recognised for pioneering innovative technologies, creating unique outreach programmes and marking the beginning of golf industry careers for golfers such as Tour star, Aaron Rai and internet favourites, Me and My Golf.

Its status as a leading club was confirmed at the recent England Golf Awards, where the club scooped the ‘Golf Facility of the Year Award’.

HMH Golf & Leisure acted in the sale and Tom Marriott, Managing Director of HMH said: “3 Hammers is highly regarded, and the sale is one of the first of the new generation of stand-alone, golf-centric family leisure businesses.”
