The expansion follows private equity firm, Horizon Capital’s 30m investment in the 200-strong group, which is planned to double in size over the next 18 months.

FBC Manby Bowdler has become the founding firm of Horizon’s new law group, Adeptio.

Chief executive Neil Lloyd said: “We have a long heritage in Wolverhampton and are delighted to be able to further strengthen our position in the city.

“We have enjoyed a period of considerable growth after securing a £30million investment from Horizon Capital last year to be the founding firm of the new Adepito Law Group, and this move means we can deliver our stella service to even more clients in the future.”

“The move to the new office will allow us to bring more of our teams together in one centralised space, helping them to work better and making our service even more convenient to clients.”

“It’s a vote of confidence for Wolverhampton and the wider region, which we believe has a really bright future.”

The expansion is part of the firm’s continuing growth strategy and represents a significant investment in both the city and its own future.

The new offices will be home to FBC Manby Bowdler’s finance, risk and compliance, new enquiries, HR and marketing teams.
