{"id":5062,"date":"2025-05-11T10:54:29","date_gmt":"2025-05-11T10:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.localukbusiness.co.uk\/stourbridge\/?p=5062"},"modified":"2025-05-11T11:30:13","modified_gmt":"2025-05-11T11:30:13","slug":"ladies-youre-all-invited-to-enville-golf-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.localukbusiness.co.uk\/stourbridge\/ladies-youre-all-invited-to-enville-golf-club\/","title":{"rendered":"Ladies, you\u2019re all invited to  Enville Golf Club!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Ladies Golf Academy officially formed in 2018, as an effort to encourage more women to get involved in the sport, and is overseen by Ladies Captain, Gill Chilton.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOut of the figure of 900 active members at Enville Golf Club, less than 10% are women.\u201d Gill explains. \u201cI think a lot of it is to do with the incredibly busy lifestyles that women lead &#8211; so they feel they haven\u2019t got time for leisure, or to try something new.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>With the help of four other ladies in the team, alongside golf professional, Richard Copsey, the academy has been given the go-ahead to really kick-start the ladies academy and finally enable more women to discover this fantastic sport.<\/p>\n<p>Membership offers countless opportunities to enjoy and grow, including 8 structured individual lessons and 8 group sessions throughout the year &#8211; all led by Enville\u2019s golf professional.
