The venture will enable West Bromwich Building Society to move to the next stage in its digital transformation journey which will ensure the right technology is put in place to offer an excellent service to customers in the digital world, meeting their evolving needs and allowing them to access services in a way that suits them best.
News of the digital transformation comes as the building society sector prepares to mark its 250th anniversary at the Building Societies Annual Conference, highlighting the need for mutuals to keep up in a digital world. West Bromwich Building Society, Deloitte and 10x Banking will all be in attendance at the conference, which is hosted in Birmingham between the 7th and 8th May 2025.
